Organisational psychologists work with people and organisations. They are experts in areas such as leadership and talent management, recruitment, performance management, occupational health and safety, change management and career development.
The Master of Organisational Psychology will provide you with the skills, knowledge and qualifications to work in a wide range of organisations such as consultancies, large companies and government departments. Upon graduation, you’ll be eligible for registration with the Psychology Board of Australia.

Australian Psychology Accreditation Council (APAC) accredited AQF Level 7 (Years 1-3) and Level 8 (Honours or 4th year equivalent) qualification(s) in psychology, or equivalent, including international qualification(s) deemed equivalent by the Australian Psychological Society:
Minimum WAM of 75 for Years 1-3 of APAC accredited AQF Level 7 qualification or equivalent in psychology, including international qualification(s) deemed equivalent by the Australian Psychological Society
Minimum WAM of 80 in Year 4 (Honours or 4th year equivalent) of APAC accredited AQF Level 8 psychology qualification or equivalent, including international qualification(s) deemed equivalent by the Australian Psychological Society
