To enrol in this course, you’ll need to meet one of the following academic requirements. If you’re unsure, a course advisor can help you assess your eligibility.

• You must meet a minimum standard in English to study at Murdoch, which for most courses can be demonstrated by providing evidence that you have completed Year 11 and 12 in Australia at any level if you are a domestic student, or through either English proficiency tests, university preparation courses, English language courses, previous tertiary study or vocational education.
• Special Tertiary Admissions Test (STAT) - 140 Written English.
• Cambridge Advanced English (CAE) - No band below 169.
• Pearson Test of English (PTE) - No band below 50.
• Occupational English Test (OET) - OET with a minimum of C (250-290) in each of the four components.
• Internet-based Phoenix English Proficiency Test (iPEPT) Higher Ed (entry into semester 2 2020 and semester 1 2021 only - Overall Grade of B+ with no band below B2+.

• IELTS Overall 6, listening min. 6, Reading min. 6, Writing min. 6, Speaking min. 6
• TOEFL IBT Overall 60, listening min. 12, Reading min. 13, Writing min. 21, Speaking min. 18
• PTE 50
