To enrol in this course, you’ll need to meet one of the following academic requirements. If you’re unsure, a course advisor can help you assess your eligibility.

• To be eligible for admission as a candidate for a Doctor of Veterinary Medical Science, an applicant must have: Bachelor Degree in Veterinary Science with at least a 2A Honours normally in the same discipline (AQF level 8); or a Bachelor Degree in Veterinary Science (AQF level 7) and satisfy the Graduate Research Manager with evidence of substantive and significant scholarly or professional attainments including satisfactory research preparation the equivalent of AQF level 8 or 9.
• Cambridge Advanced English (CAE) - No band below 169.
• Pearson Test of English (PTE) - No band below 50.
• Occupational English Test (OET) - OET with a minimum of C (250-290) in each of the four components.
• Internet-based Phoenix English Proficiency Test (iPEPT) Higher Ed (entry into semester 2 2020 and semester 1 2021 only - Overall Grade of B+ with no band below B2+.
