• To be eligible for the SAE Creative Media Institute's Associate Degree of Songwriting & Music Production (6 Trimester), applicants generally need to be at least 18 years old and have completed the equivalent of an Australian Year 12 secondary school qualification or have relevant experience. International students may also need to demonstrate English language proficiency, often through an IELTS score of 6.0 or higher, or an equivalent. Additionally, some SAE locations may require an interview and/or audition to assess musical aptitude.
