To enrol in this course, you’ll need to meet one of the following academic requirements. If you’re unsure, a course advisor can help you assess your eligibility.

• To be admitted to the Southern Cross University Bachelor of Laws, applicants generally need an ATAR of 80 or equivalent. International applicants and those whose previous education was not in English must also meet English language proficiency requirements, typically a 6.0 overall score with minimum scores in each band (Listening, Reading, Speaking, and Writing) of 5.5. Advanced standing may be granted for prior learning.
