Entry Requirements

To enrol in this course, you’ll need to meet one of the following academic requirements. If you’re unsure, a course advisor can help you assess your eligibility.

  • To enter the Bachelor of Social Work (Honours) at Southern Cross University, applicants need to have completed the first 16 units (192 credit points) of the Bachelor of Social Work with a GPA of at least 5.0, and be currently enrolled in the program. International applicants and those with previous education in a non-English language must also meet specific English language proficiency requirements, typically an IELTS score of 7.0 in each band (reading, writing, listening, speaking).
