To enrol in this course, you’ll need to meet one of the following academic requirements. If you’re unsure, a course advisor can help you assess your eligibility.

• Entry into the Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management (40 units) will be available for applicants who have: 3 year Bachelors Degree not in a related field; or 3 year Diploma in a related field such as accounting, business, commerce, economics, finance, human resource management, industrial relations, management, marketing or social science; or 3 year Diploma not in a related field + 1 year relevant organisational experience; or 2 year Diploma in a related field such as accounting, business, commerce, economics, finance, human resource management, industrial relations, management, marketing, or social science; + 2 years relevant organisational experience; or 2 year Diploma not in a related field + 3 years relevant organisational experience; or At least 5 years relevant organisational experience.
• Students will be required to successfully complete a Business Academic Skills Program (BASP) which will be of 6 weeks duration. The BASP will be non-fee based and can be completed concurrently with courses in the Graduate Certificate.
