Entry Requirements

To enrol in this course, you’ll need to meet one of the following academic requirements. If you’re unsure, a course advisor can help you assess your eligibility.

  • To be considered for admission to this course an applicant must have- (a) a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery, or an equivalent qualification, as recognised by UWA; or (b)(i) a bachelor's degree in a health, biomedical or biological sciences-related discipline, or an equivalent qualification; and (ii) at least one year of relevant professional experience; or (c)(i) completed the Graduate Certificate in Health Professions Education or Graduate Diploma in Health Professions Education at UWA; and (ii) the equivalent of a UWA weighted average mark of at least 65 per cent in all core units.
