Course Overview
A Bachelor of Interior Design (Commercial) provides the knowledge required to design the ever-changing/features of our/commercial/environments, such as retail, hotels, restaurants,/nightclubs and workspaces./It anticipates/online virtual/commercial/environments, engages/with contemporary/theory/and represents/spatial environments/with computer 3D modelling. Throughout this course, you will explore the theoretical and practical elements of designing and making/commercial/interiors - branding, lighting, sustainability and materiality - to create environments that meet your client's needs. You will discover how commercial interior-design strategies are developed and assessed, as well as/practical industry-based management skills, such as documentation, contract management, professional design practice and cross-disciplinary interaction. Using industry standard software,/you'll/develop the skills to communicate information that's relevant to designing, costing and constructing interiors, and find out how to represent spatial environments./The course engages you in/contemporary theory/and provides/an overview of the leading interior-design trends and/a/look towards the future.
