• To enter the University of Tasmania's (UTAS) Bachelor of Maritime Engineering (Specialisation) (Honours) at ECU, students need to have completed the first two years of the same degree at Edith Cowan University. Additionally, applicants must meet the academic entry requirements, which can be satisfied through various pathways including completion of a relevant diploma, undergraduate certificate, or successful completion of some university-level study. Specific subject requirements include Mathematics: Methods ATAR (or equivalent) and either Physics ATAR, Engineering Studies ATAR, Chemistry ATAR, or Mathematics: Specialist ATAR (or equivalent).
