Entry Requirements

To enrol in this course, you’ll need to meet one of the following academic requirements. If you’re unsure, a course advisor can help you assess your eligibility.

  • To enter the Bachelor of Science / Bachelor of International Studies at Western Sydney University, students typically need to have completed their secondary education (e.g., HSC, CBSE, ISCE) with a minimum GPA or percentage. Recent secondary education applicants are assumed to have studied at least two units of English and two units of science and two units of mathematics at the year 12 equivalent level. International students may need to demonstrate English language proficiency with an IELTS score of 6.5 overall, with no band less than 6.0 (or equivalent).
