Entry Requirements

To enrol in this course, you’ll need to meet one of the following academic requirements. If you’re unsure, a course advisor can help you assess your eligibility.

  • To be eligible for the Master of Planning at Western Sydney University, applicants generally need a completed Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or a minimum of five years of relevant work experience. Specific requirements include an undergraduate degree in planning, geography, social science, environmental studies, architecture, landscape studies, urban and regional studies, engineering, or public policy. Applicants with relevant work experience should provide a Statement of Service. Additionally, international students must meet the university's English language proficiency requirements.
