  • Successful completion of a recognised Bachelor degree (or equivalent qualification) in a related field (building, civil/structural engineering or architecture) OR Successful completion of a Bond University Graduate Diploma of Building Surveying.
  • IELTS Overall 6.5, listening min. 6, Reading min. 6, Writing min. 6, Speaking min. 6
  • PTE 58
