Course Overview
Advanced research skills are highly valued in both academia and the commercial world, and the Business School is at the forefront of teaching business research methods. You'll work with internationally recognised researchers who are addressing some of the world’s most pressing business issues. Under their experienced guidance, you’ll undertake a substantial independent research project that contributes original insights to your chosen field. During this 1-year program (or part-time equivalent), you will gain expertise in research design and different research methods, equipping you with the knowledge and skill set to define a research question, conduct a literature review, collect and analyse data, and draw conclusions. You can also enrich your studies with electives from a range of options, including financial accounting, corporate finance, information systems and strategy.
