Entry Requirements

To enrol in this course, you’ll need to meet one of the following academic requirements. If you’re unsure, a course advisor can help you assess your eligibility.

  • To gain entry into La Trobe University's Bachelor of Laws (Honours)/Bachelor of Global Studies, applicants typically need an ATAR (or equivalent) of 90.65 or higher. Recent secondary education applicants also need to meet specific subject prerequisites, such as a study score of at least 30 in English (EAL) or at least 25 in English other than EAL (for VCE). International students need an IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent. Meeting these minimum requirements doesn't guarantee a place, as selection is competitive.
