Entry Requirements

To enrol in this course, you’ll need to meet one of the following academic requirements. If you’re unsure, a course advisor can help you assess your eligibility.

  • International applicants must have completed a recognised senior secondary school qualification equivalent to the Australian Year 12. Acceptable qualifications include, but are not limited to, the GCE A-Levels, International Baccalaureate (IB), Gao Kao, and Indian Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC).
  • mq.edu.au English language proficiency is demonstrated by achieving an Academic IELTS score of 7.0 overall, with a minimum of 6.5 in each band, or an equivalent score in another accepted English language test.
  • For applicants who do not meet the direct entry requirements, pathway programs such as the Standard Foundation Program offered by Macquarie University College are available.
