Course Overview
This program, the first of its kind outside Europe, addresses the growing demand for legal professionals adept in corporate responsibility, human rights, and sustainability. It provides a foundation in international human rights law and explores standards applicable to corporations concerning human rights, labor rights, environmental issues, climate change, and new technologies. Students learn to integrate responsible business conduct policies into daily operations and conduct human rights due diligence to mitigate adverse impacts. The curriculum combines academic rigor with practical applications through case studies, hypothetical scenarios, and role plays, simulating real-world corporate environments.
