Airport Pickup

Before you arrive in Australia, you will need to know how to get from the airport to your accommodation. Depending on your city, your transportation options may include private car service, taxi, train or bus. The cost of each option will vary depending on the distance, the time of day you travel and the route taken. If you have not booked a private car service prior to your arrival, you can visit the Information Desk at the airport for assistance.

Scholarships

International Student

CQU’s International Student Scholarship offers a 25% tuition discount for eligible coursework students. Research students can apply for RTP and CQUHDR scholarships that include stipends. The university also supports regional study with Destination Australia grants.

CQU offers on-campus student residences at its Rockhampton and Mackay campuses, featuring private rooms, shared kitchens, and recreational areas. Fully furnished and self-catered, these residences foster a friendly and multicultural environment.
