We are named after the brightest star in the Southern Cross.
Our mission is to equip Christian leaders to change the world, embodying the hope of Jesus in all spheres and fields.
Our students and graduates are making a positive impact in the world through Ministry, Counselling, Education, Arts, Business and beyond.
Pentecostal roots and heritage
Established in 1948 as Commonwealth Bible College, we are affiliated with Australian Christian Churches (ACC), a movement of 1,100+ Pentecostal Churches representing 400,000 people across Australia. We serve and empower this movement in its mission to connect people to Jesus Christ.
A Global Christian University
Since 2000, we have expanded from ministry and theology training to educating and equipping teachers, counsellors, chaplains and business professionals for impact in all spheres and sectors. We continue to serve and equip leaders and the church in its various denominations today, across Australia and around the world.
An unwavering mission
Our mission today remains the same as it was when we were founded : To equip Christian leaders to change the world. Over 20,000 graduates of Alphacrucis are fulfilling this mission today, in churches, classrooms, businesses and communities around the world.
