Entry Requirements

To enrol in this course, you’ll need to meet one of the following academic requirements. If you’re unsure, a course advisor can help you assess your eligibility.

  • To get into La Trobe University's Bachelor of Laws (Honours)/Bachelor of Commerce, you generally need a strong academic record, particularly in English, and may be subject to additional requirements based on your background. Recent secondary education (Year 12) requires a study score of at least 30 in English (EAL) or at least 25 in English other than EAL, according to La Trobe University. International students need an IELTS score of 6.5 with no band below 6.0.
